    I’m also doing this exercises, it’s really cool to see that people all over the world are doing them also!
    I just have a quick question for you: i didn’t find from which guide you guys are training, is it strength?

      At the first weeks we are going to do cardio exercises cause we have to improve our condition, on going weeks i thnk we will try both cardio&strength.
