i just finished “Apollo” in 23 min. 15 sec. These cardio exercises getting easier:D
But strength exercises didnt get easier dunno why 😛
I just finished Venus in 19:30 slower then before
cause I still have pain in my knee.
But i did exercises more regular.

İ am going to start “ARES”.
At tuesday i tried to go “GAIA but when i was at 3/10 because of my left kniee I cant move on. At that time i started to do poseidon and finished it.
I ‘ve this left kniee sickness about 3 years. after losing weight its getting better but i forced it to much these days:)
So i try to change my workouts not to force kniees so much 🙂
Getting some painkillers and keep working:)

After 2 weeks i tried to save my weight, somedays i lost a bit but now i can manage not to lose or gain weight.
3-4 times i tried to run or walking min 3-4 km after trainings ofc.
Day by day i see the chances makes me feel better 🙂
