    How are you able to finish the kronos workout? Is it okay if you will take a short break or you have to do the 100 pull ups continously?

      Hi Matt,

      Sorry about the huge delay of answer 🙂
      Cause of some healt issues Gokhan and I stop doing Freeletics:(

      Now I started again and I ‘ll update the site.

      Freeletics want you to do workouts as fast as you can. But I can’t do this kind of workout at one time yet.
      I take short breaks generally…

      Good trainings…
